Abstract

The invention discloses a vacuum pressure high-temperature impregnating resin suitable for high voltage equipment insulators. The impregnating resin is prepared by uniformly mixing 100 parts of a component A and 80 to 120 parts of a component B, and the mixing temperature is between 30 and 40 DEG C, wherein the component A is prepared by uniformly stirring and mixing unsaturated epoxy resin, an epoxy resin thinner and a flexibilizer at the temperature of between 30 and 40 DEG C; and the component B is prepared by uniformly stirring and mixing a curing agent and an accelerator benzyl dimethylamine at the temperature of between 30 and 40 DEG C. The vacuum pressure high-temperature impregnating resin has the advantages of good mechanical property, electric insulation performance and impregnation technology performance, long operating period, good heat resistance and SF6 corrosion resistance, is suitable for vacuum impregnation technology for glass fibers and organic fibers, and also can be used for manufacturing high voltage equipment insulators.
本发明公开了一种适用于高压电气设备绝缘件的真空压力高温浸渍树脂,该浸渍树脂是由100份的A组分和80~120份的B组分均匀混合后使用,混合温度为30~40℃,其中,A组分是由不饱和环氧树脂、环氧树脂稀释剂和增韧剂在30~40℃的温度下搅拌均匀混合而成;B组分是由固化剂和促进剂苄基二甲胺在30~40℃的温度下搅拌均匀混合而成。本发明具有良好的机械性能、电气绝缘性能和浸渍工艺性能,操作期长,耐热性好,耐SF6腐蚀,适合于玻璃纤维和有机纤维的真空浸渍工艺,还可用于高压电气设备绝缘件制造。
