Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有塑钢复合结构的储罐的制造工艺,该工艺包括如下步骤:钢衬罐体的制作、铺设钢网、装模与合模、钢衬罐体预热、封底和封头滚塑成型、罐身滚塑成型、冷却与开孔各工序,通过本发明的工艺制造的储罐,其罐体内层PE层的拉伸强度为11.9~12.3MPa,断裂伸长率为520%~550%,罐体内层PE层的维卡软化温度为97~98℃。
The invention discloses a manufacturing process of a storage tank with a plastic steel composite structure, and the process comprises the following steps: manufacturing a steel lined tank body, laying a steel mesh, filling a die, closing the die, preheating the steel lined tank body, carrying out plastic-rolling formation on a seal bottom and a seal head, carrying out the plastic-rolling formation on the tank body, cooling and drilling a hole. The storage tank manufactured by the process can lead the tensile strength of an inner PE layer of the tank body to be 11.9-12.3Mpa, lead the elongation at break to be 520%-550%, and lead the Vicat softening temperature of the inner PE layer of the tank body to be 97-98 DEG C.
