Abstract

本发明是通过立式退火炉内单一混合站实现对不同氢浓度段保护气氛的供气方法,即:首先打开第一N2管路与第一H2管路所有阀门,然后调节这两个管路上的流量调节阀,使第一N2管路中N2流量与第一H2管路中H2流量按工艺要求的比例进入第一混合站,使第一混合站中H2比例达到工艺要求;当生产普通钢板时,此时全部炉段通过第一混合站供气;当生产高强钢板时,各炉段通过第一混合站供气的同时,打开第二H2管路上所有的阀门,通过调节该管路上的流量调节阀,实现对冷却段专门供应H2,从而达到冷却段所需求的混合气氛。本发明可以减少混合站的数量及混合站占地面积,节约投资及维护成本,并且操作灵活。
The invention realizes an air supplying method for the protective atmospheres of different hydrogen concentration sections by using a single mixing station in a vertical annealing furnace. The method comprises the following steps of: opening all the valves of the first N2 pipeline and the first H2 pipeline, and adjusting the flow regulating valves in the two pipelines to make the N2 flow in the first N2 pipeline and the H2 flow in the first H2 pipeline enter the first mixing station according to a technologically required proportion so as to make the H2 proportion in the first mixing station meet the technological requirement; when a common steel plate is produced, the air supply for all furnace sections is realized by the first mixing station; and when a high strength steel plate is produced, the air supply for each furnace section is realized by the first mixing station, and meanwhile all the valves in the second H2 pipeline are opened, and the H2 supply special for a cooling section is realized by adjusting the flow regulating valves in the pipeline, so that a mixed atmosphere required by the cooling section is met. The method can reduce the amount and occupied area of the mixing stations, and save investment and maintaining costs, and make operation flexible.
